The 21st meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the joint summit of the leaders of the SCO and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states were held on September 16-17 in Dushanbe, the capital city of Tajikistan. The local security department of the hosting country adopted high-level security coverage to ensure the smooth running of the event, including the cutting-edge TETRA communication solutions from Hytera.
